We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant, providing a friendly first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the POS system for transactions.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Manage food handling practices in accordance with health and safety regulations to ensure customer safety.
- Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- 1-2 Years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality-related field is required.
- Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain health standards within the restaurant environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in individual tasks.
