What You’ll Do
As an Appliance Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers while ensuring overall comfort and satisfaction for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair home appliances.
- Perform maintenance and service checks on appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their appliance issues and repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Order and replace parts as needed. Adhere to all company core values, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Aptitude: A common sense mindset and ability to learn quickly with a good attitude.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
