The Showroom Coordinator serves as a professional assistant with the primary responsibility of supporting the daily operations of the Highlands Ranch Showroom. This role includes assisting designers with current accounts and leads, processing follow-up orders, maintaining sales-related databases, and qualifying potential customer leads. The Showroom Coordinator will also oversee the daily operations and activities of the showroom during business hours, which involves assisting walk-in clients, keeping showroom samples up to date, and performing other organization or maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Full-time hourly position (M-F, 40 hours/week) at the Highlands Ranch Showroom.
- Set up meetings or calls with customers, prospective customers, and sales staff.
- Maintain the sales prospecting database and actively communicate with all sales staff and management regarding daily activities.
- Complete miscellaneous showroom sales tasks.
- Report to and be directed by the Sales Manager.
- Work exclusively for Schroll Cabinets and refrain from selling any other products or services.
- Professionally represent Schroll Cabinets.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and honesty.
- Understand Schroll's policies, procedures, directives, and products thoroughly.
- Willingly learn the basics of cabinetry design and sales.
- Act as a communication link between designers and current or potential clients.
- Foster cohesiveness and team building within the company.
- Promote a high level of customer service.
- Assist in keeping the company showrooms up to date with display doors and finish samples.
- Have a complete understanding of Sales Force Lead Management (CRM).
- Provide additional assistance to Schroll Cabinets as directed by the Sales Manager
