Position Summary
The New Home Advisor oversees online sales initiatives. This position responds to, qualifies, and manages leads and customer requests to provide quality customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responds promptly to all email, phone, website, and social media leads
- Comprehends and utilizes company structured selling process and completes ongoing sales training
- Qualifies leads based on customer-specific needs
- Provides consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with a new home specialist
- Schedules and maintains the required number of appointments to meet/exceed the established sales goals
- Provides information and marketing materials to prospective customers
- Works with prospects to determine the best community and floor plan
- Utilizes lead-management and calendar software, including HubSpot and Calendly
- Meets monthly conversion ration goals, as outlined, and defined by industry standards
- Tracks and reports lead activity and lead appointment conversions
Qualifications and Skills
- Two (2) years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related discipline preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Applications
- Superior organizational and time management skills necessary to work within an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with low noise levels
- Prolonged periods of sitting required
- Rarely required to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, or push objects weighing up to 15 pounds
