Position Summary
The Service Pro performs home repairs requested by homeowners during the two (2) year home warranty period. This position also completes a broad range of tasks such as carpet replacement and concrete and tile repairs.

The Service Pro performs home repairs requested by homeowners during the two (2) year home warranty period. This position also completes a broad range of tasks such as carpet replacement and concrete and tile repairs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers quality and value through the daily completion of tasks
- Collaborates with the Service Specialist to perform home repairs
- Assists with customer complaints and provides suggestions to the service specialist
- Engages in customer interactions and ensures resolution of homeowner’s concerns
- Utilizes the company’s internal systems such as ITK, HB1, and Outlook
- Develops relationships with trades and attends warranty service calls as needed
- Participates in growth and development trainings and actively develops new home repair skills
- Commits to understanding the five-phase build process and gains knowledge of other departmental processes and positions within the company
- Identifies and assesses homeowner’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Adheres to safety standards and guidelines while on the job site
- General understanding of building principles and methods required
- Excellent time management and customer service skills preferred
- Ability to learn new software and utilize company HB1 system
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
- Works in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled environments, with medium to high noise levels
- Prolonged periods of walking and standing required
- Frequently required to climb ladders
- Occasionally required to sit, lift, pull, and push objects weighing up to 80 pounds
