Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will need to understand double entry book keeping, understand and manage accounts receivables and accounts payables, perform employee payroll and light inventory management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Flexible hours and training is available. Pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including receivables and payables
  • Oversee front desk activities, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records using Autosoft for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Report trailer sales to the state through online software

Skills

  • Strong experience in office management and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Autosoft or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
