Job Summary:
Quality Improvement
- Assist with Non Conformance Corrective Actions for department utilizing root cause Analysis
- Develop and Implement Work Instructions for all Part Numbers
- Provide technical assistance and solve root cause quality incidents
- Provide technical assistance to machine operators
- Train operators as required
CNC Programming
- Create and maintain programs for CNC machines.
- Maintain ISO CNC program control
Process Improvement
- Implement new technology including machines, tooling, and fixtures
- Implement productivity improvement projects
- Lead Machining Department C.I. meetings
Required Education/Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints, proficiently
- Ability to complete necessary machine tool set-up procedure
- Excellent use of measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent communication skills

Schedules:
- 1st Shift 5:00am-1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)
