The IT Support Technician will be responsible for making sure the computers in the office space and Plant 1 and 2 remain in working condition, adding new users to Active Directory, and helping users navigate issues that may arise daily.
Ideal Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support via phone, email or in person to corporate and remote users of computer applications and hardware (e.g, PCs, servers, mainframes)
- Investigates and resolves user issues
- Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network issues.
- Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. Also responsible for documentation for system maintenance and development.
- Identifies, scans and cleans infected desktop/laptop systems
- Documenting and updating processes as solutions are found for computer related issues
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as request or required.
- Provides feedback on problematic trends and patterns in technical support to team lead and/or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in an IT-related program (2-year or 4-year degree), or equivalent experience.
- Experience and/or Training: Knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic computer skills, call center or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.
- Technology/Equipment: Computer hardware, basic coding knowledge, and understanding of virtual machines.
- Other: Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
