SHIFT : 2nd Shift
JOB SUMMARY :
The Laser, Cut & Primary Coordinator leads the team in operating machinery, ensuring that all parts produced meet established quality standards. This role is also responsible for inspecting finished products to maintain quality and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Oversee manufacturing and production in the Laser, Cut & Primary Departments.
- Provide technical assistance and training to machine operators.
- Inspect parts to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Accurately report production times.
- Assign and oversee departmental cleanup duties.
- Address questions and provide guidance to team members.
- Resolve Made to Manage (M2M) clocking errors or issues as needed.
- Complete and submit Defective Material Reports (DMRs).
