Our ideal candidate is financially literate with experience working directly with financial accounts and is technologically proficient. A friendly, energetic, dependable, well-organized professional demeanor is a must. Confident, professional interaction with clients is expected. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, an extraordinary client service attitude, and genuine interest in people to prosper. Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with little supervision. You will be working with clients and their accounts as well as with staff and Wealth Management Advisors, including organizing important and detailed data, facilitating incoming transfers and rollovers, distributions from investment accounts, processing, client service requests, account research, and assisting with advancing systems and processes.. Each day brings new tasks which often build upon each other, with the satisfaction of project completion.
