THE ROLE:
- Assist in the overall management of daily restaurant operations, collaborating with other managers on shift and hourly employees.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and tend to customer requests/ complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Take responsibility & help manage food & beverage inventory, orders, and menu development.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation & portion control.
- Provide ongoing training for existing staff & reinforce Schulson Collective standards.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to execute accurate nightly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years managing high-volume restaurants in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Experience training & developing staff of all levels
- Previous experience assisting & running beverage programs
- Passion for continuously improving food & beverage knowledge
