Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes for Schulson Collective. This position ensures that the company attracts and retains top-tier talent across all restaurants and corporate roles. Working closely with the Director of HR, the Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, candidate communication, scheduling, open-calls, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate data up to date.

Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on company career pages and external job boards.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews when necessary.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.

Onboarding Coordination:
- Communicate start dates and provide contact between HR Generalist and candidate for pre-employment materials.

Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
- Organize and manage recruitment files and records.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries related to open positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
