Schulte Boutique Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Activities/Wellness Manager to join our Inn at Stonecliffe team on Mackinac Island, Michigan for our 2025 season! Our season will run from April through late October.
The Inn at Stonecliffe was built in 1904 and is located on the beautiful Mackinac Island, Michigan. For centuries, Mackinac Island has been an ideal summer vacation spot with about 1 million visitors each year and about 15,000 a day during its main tourist season.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will create innovative, unique, and memorable activities for resort guests
- Will manage a team of 2 or more Activities Associates
- Will oversee all guest related activities on property, such as painting classes, exercise classes, concerts, and more
- Will oversee our Wellness Center, which will feature a fitness room, massage, and other spa treatments
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable guest experiences
- Must be able to quickly adapt and pivot when needed, such as when activities need to be altered due to weather changes, etc
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
