Saint John's Resort is actively searching for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager.
As an essential member of the Sales department, the Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining existing accounts and actively soliciting new group and catering business for the hotel and conference center.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience.
- Establish client base of organizations, groups and catering business through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the property.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Accurately complete all sales contracts.
- Monitor and respond to all inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key clients to produce group and/or convention business.
- Demonstrate strong on-going organization skills in maintaining and documenting all information specific to corporate accounts ensuring all is documented in Salesforce.
- Accurately forecasts individual booking revenues, cancellations, and consumption on all bookings.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of The Inn at St. John's and competitor's facilities, services, amenities and meeting space so you can skillfully match the anticipated needs of our clients.
- Willing to take on additional requests from Director of Sales and Marketing.
Additionally:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Results oriented and professionally persistent.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Team-oriented and people-centric.
- Proficiency in Sales Force preferred.
- Self-reliant, flexible, resilient.
