Job Opportunity: Schulte Boutique and Lifestyle, LLC seeks three (3) temporary, full-time seasonal dishwashers from 04/01/2025 to 11/03/2025 at the worksite of 8593 Cudahy Circle, Mackinac Island, MI 49757 to be responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pots, and pans. Will also need to maintain clean workstations in the kitchen, mop kitchen floors, and clean kitchen equipment. No minimum education or prior work experience is required. Ability to communicate effectively; prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Employer offers at least 40 hours of work per week. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday with two shifts available (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). Anticipated start and end date of job opportunity: 04/01/2025 – 11/03/2025.

Overtime: Overtime hours may be available based on business needs at a rate of $18.80 per hour.
On the Job Training: On-the-job training will be provided.
Wage that the employer is offering: $12.53 per hour.
Board, Lodging, or other Facilities: Subsidized on-site lodging is offered at a rate of $50 per week. If utilized, Employer will deduct for the cost of lodging at the rate of $50 per week.
Deductions from Pay: Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by federal, state, or local laws. Subsidized on-site lodging is offered at a rate of $50 per week. If utilized, Employer will deduct for the cost of lodging at the rate of $50 per week.
Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Tools, Supplies and Equipment: Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
Daily Transportation to and from Worksite: Not provided. Subsidized on-site housing is within walking distance of the worksite and public transportation is also available in Mackinac Island.
Three Fourths Guarantee: The employer will offer employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period as required by 20 CFR § 655.20(f).
