Job Summary:
Responsible for documentation and training of various departments for MBS, Trimble and other software used by the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop training curriculum and documentation for MBS, MBS Mini-Warehouse, and any other current or future software used in the company.
· Deliver effective training sessions tailored to each respective department
· Conduct independent continuing education on software updates
· Distribute release notes to users for important software updates
· Provide software support for sales and estimating departments
· Perform other duties as required and assigned
· Communicate with management and programming regarding any updates which may need to be made.
· Must be able to occasionally travel for in-person trainings.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 4-year College degree preferred
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
