Memoir Residential is looking for a hospitality-oriented and service-minded Concierge to join our team. The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Sunday from 2:30pm-10:30pm.

Amenities include food and beverage programming, entertaining areas, swimming pools, fitness studios, bicycle storage, pet grooming stations, and co-working spaces.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet guests/residents as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition in a warm and authentic manner.
- Check guests/residents in and out efficiently while providing excellent service.
- Process guest/resident billing accurately, including handling payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Serve food and beverage from the market as needed.
- Act as the point of reference for Memoir Residential guests/residents who need assistance or information, ensuring prompt/courteous service to guests/residents.
- Understand guests/residents needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by Memoir Residential.
- Effectively solve and respond to complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Schedule housekeeping or maintenance services as requested by guests.
- Gain familiarity and be the expert on property for information on the city's geography, restaurants, amenities, clubs and tourism industries to provide accurate information and make suitable recommendations to guests/residents.
- Answer telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed.
- Maintain the concierge/front desk and lobby area desk area clean and organized.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This position requires: Wednesday - Sunday availability between 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Must be detail-oriented, process driven, and a problem-solver
