Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service that aligns with property standards.
  • Provide training, direction, and hands-on support to front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure proper preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet brand and guest expectations.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
  • Work with the Sales and Events teams to support banquet and catering services, ensuring successful execution of events.
  • Facilitate communication and conflict resolution within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Support inventory management, including ordering and maintaining adequate supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee monthly inventory and ensure it is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED, post high school education and degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role within Resort/Hotel food and beverage operation.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Team player
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of wines, including selection, pairing, and service preferred.
  • Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
  • Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
