Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing outlets leader and staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage offerings.
- Executes all menus, promotions and programs as outline by the Director of F&B in accordance with set standards. Collaborate with chefs and other staff to develop and update menus, including pricing and promotional strategies.
- Trains and supervises outlet leader/line staff, ensuring workers adhere to company policies and standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitors performance and address as needed.
- Interviews, hires, train and develop team members according to company guidelines as well as promoting a cooperative work climate while maximizing productivity and morale.
- Assists in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost control, measures to maximize profitability as well as executing required daily reporting in a timely manner.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, including implementing HACCP guidelines and maintaining cleanliness standards as well as following and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies.
- Manages inventory levels, orders supply and confirms proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
- Make sure that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in both FOH and BOH and deficiencies reported to the correct department such as Engineering, Housekeeping, AV, other.
- Executes excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback and continuously improving service quality.
- Ensures direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.
- Carry out weekly payroll
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- Basic concepts of understanding financial concepts
- Minimum of three (3) continuous years of food and beverage supervisory experience required. It should be in a similar size restaurant operation
- Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including PM's, weekends and holidays
