Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a Server to join Graduate East Lansing and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take accurate food orders fromguests
- Monitorfooddistribution,ensuringthatmealsaredeliveredtothe correctrecipientsandthatfood is properly prepared and nicelypresented
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up andcleanliness
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguests
- Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedure
- Total checks, present to guests and acceptpayment
- Other duties asassigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma / GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Able to work flexible hours andshifts
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
