Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a personal concierge for guests, coordinating exclusive experiences and managing logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners to develop unique offerings for guests.
- Lead daily pre-shift bourbon education and monthly trainings for hotel staff.
- Curate specialty onsite tastings and dinners, and oversee property maps and guides.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality or concierge services.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage complex itineraries.
