Job Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure
- Oversee hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics
- Ensure compliance with brand standards
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Recruit, train, and monitor staff
- Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
- Deal with customer complaints and comments
- Deal with contractors and suppliers
- Carry out inspections of property and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Financial savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
