SeaSpray Restaurant @ Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Part-Time Host / Hostess to join our team! AM Shift (7:30am - 4pm) & PM Shift (3pm-11pm) - weekends & holiday shifts availability is a must.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners
- Greet and escort guests, provide menus
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Collect payments from guests
- Total receipts at end of shift
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in similar role preferred
- Food Handler & Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred, or able to obtain
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
