The License and Permits Analyst will report to the Director of Compliance and act as a liaison between property managers, local jurisdictional personnel, and the License & Permits group.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain permits and licenses for new location acquisitions -- with a significant focus on procuring Alcoholic Beverage Licenses
- Process the annual renewals of licenses and permits including food permits, hotel permits, vehicle registrations, business licenses, occupational tax licenses, elevators permits, etc.
- Maintain a vast working knowledge of statutory requirements in multiple jurisdictions across all 50 states
- Work closely with outside Liquor Counsel on various transitions as needed
- Maintain a listing of all company vehicles and setup/maintain the company's corporate fleet card program
- Track and maintain permit listings for all locations
- Assist transition team with various acquisition items
- Performs various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Prepare necessary documents required for vehicle titling and other permitting processes
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of a High School Education
- Prior experience in Compliance, License & Permits, or other related field preferred
- Vehicle Titling Experience Preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, self-direct and self-pace
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
