- Drive traffic to the hotel and restaurants through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, website features, local events, programming, and sponsorships
- Manage multiple local PR agencies to drive awareness for each property
- Manage organic social media accounts. Collect and create content, oversee content calendars, connect with influencers, and interact with the community on social platforms to drive followers and engagement
- Support property marketing and promotions with copywriting and design for simple promotional materials such as e-blasts, flyers, and collateral. Oversee bigger design projects with outside graphic design agencies.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Able to travel 25% of the time as needed to support hotel and restaurant events and meetings with the team

Education And Experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Canva, social media management platforms (Falcon, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc), WordPress, email platform (i.e. Mailchimp), Google Ads, Google Analytics, is a plus
