As the Seasonal Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving department and ensuring all incoming shipments are received and processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all orders are accurately received and processed and that any discrepancies are identified and addressed. You will be responsible for creating and adhering to procedures and protocols and are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure all items are properly stored and accounted for.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Candidates should possess at least one year of related experience, coupled with strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail. Lifting requirements are up to 60 pounds.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving all shipments, storing, issuing, and delivering goods and inventory requisitions to property departments.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of shipping and receiving related transactions, while verifying counts and conditions against purchase orders, and recording and reporting shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Responsible for rotating all incoming shipments (FIFO).
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all storerooms, freezers, and coolers while adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
