Schulte Boutique Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Wellness Associate to join our Inn at Stonecliffe team on Mackinac Island, Michigan for our 2025 season! Our season will run from April through late October.
The Inn at Stonecliffe was built in 1904 and is located on the beautiful Mackinac Island, Michigan. For centuries, Mackinac Island has been an ideal summer vacation spot with about 1 million visitors each year and about 15,000 a day during its main tourist season.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Works closely with our Wellness Director to ensure guests are having an unforgettable experience with our spa and fitness offerings, lawn activities and games, pool areas, and more.
- Help set up and take down lawn activities daily
- Set up outdoor movie screen for films
- Prepare the pool area every day for guests, including skimming the pool, placing towels, pool amenities and menus out, raising pool umbrellas, setting up day beds, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe Wellness Center
- Be able to quickly adapt and pivot when needed, such as when activities need to be altered due to weather changes, etc
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Additional duties could be assigned
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
