Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Complex General Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the following properties under the Boutique and Lifestyle Division within Schulte Hospitality:
- Lodge at Jackson Hole: A 4-Star boutique hotel consisting of 69 oversized rooms and suites.
- Wyoming Inn: This property features over 154 rooms, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, spa, fitness center, restaurant, and bar.
- The Conference Center of Jackson: With over 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage budgets and financial plans, maintain statistical and financial records, set and achieve sales and profit targets, recruit, train, and monitor staff, plan work schedules, address guest concerns, troubleshoot problems, ensure events and conferences run smoothly, preserve hotel assets, maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, ensure a safe and secure environment, and perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a similar size and type of hotel, previous experience managing multiple properties (preferred), and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business (preferred).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Effective communication, demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, financial savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
