The Server at The Inn at Stonecliffe will be responsible for providing a warm, professional, and engaging dining experience across all outlets, including indoor dining, outdoor venues, and banquet events.
This includes greeting guests promptly, introducing the menu, offering recommendations based on preferences, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met throughout their visit, handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively verbally, exceed expectations of guests, and detail-oriented. They should also be a team player, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of High School education and two (2) years in a Hotel/Resort Serving role are required. Alcohol awareness certification and strong wine knowledge are preferred.
This position may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.
