Description
The Schultz Campus for Jewish Life is home to an award-winning Early Childhood Education Center. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Manager to oversee the overall staffing of our childcare center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 47 staff, ensuring compliance with ODJFS childcare licensing and regulations, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Other responsibilities include: managing call-offs, vacation requests, enforcing department and campus policies and procedures, manage payroll, support teachers with lesson plans and assist in classrooms, as needed. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to problem solve situations collaboratively and alone
- Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Resources or a related field
- Managerial experience required
- Experience with Paylocity payroll system a plus
