Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing custom packaging, and ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process. The ideal candidate is hands-on, punctual, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package outbound orders, including custom packing as needed.
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving practices, packaging, and inventory tracking, experience with UPS WorldShip®
- Safely operate tools and equipment including a saw for cutting materials to size.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
- Accurately update inventory systems and shipping records.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable operating tools and equipment, including a saw (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekdays and occasional weekends.
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.48 - $18.16 per hour
