ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Description:
- Assigned responsibilities will depend on the position
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Must have experience with high volume accounting
- General understanding of accounting practices and principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with automated accounting systems
- High attention to detail, ensures accuracy in completion of work
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills, keeps timelines and meets month-end deadlines
- Ability to communicate and build relationships throughout the organization
A valid driver's license. All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day Shift
Education/Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel
- Automotive Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
