What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Manager position at Schumacher Fencing, LLC?
Schumacher Fencing is looking for a motivated and reliable leader in a fast paced and enjoyable work environment. Applicants will be required to manage the shop, inventory, maintenance, and fabricate fence jobs, as well as work as a team to install and repair fences in Kearney and the surrounding area. Shop duties usually take up 3-4 days per week, and the other time would be on the fence install crew.
Pay will be based off of experience and performance.
Guaranteed raises every year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in physical tasks wherever/whenever needed
- Have reliable transportation to meet at headquarters on time every morning
- Ability to work well with other crew members
- Be able to drive a pickup and trailer comfortably

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
