Schumann Printers, Inc. located in Fall River, Wisconsin is one of the nation’s leading commercial printing, binding, and mailing service companies. Our family-owned and operated facility is ready to welcome you aboard our award-winning team of dedicated web press and bindery experts. We currently have openings in our Finishing Department for experienced Ancillary, Saddle Stitch, Perfect Binder, and Polybag Operators.

Full-time
Our typical work week is Monday – Friday, some overtime may be required.
First Shift: 6 am - 2 pm
Second Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm (shift premium)
Wage: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
*Regular wage increases at performance milestones.
*Paid on the job training.
*Uniforms provided
*Controlled temperature work environment
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Basic Skills Needed: Mechanically Inclined, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated/Driven, Basic Math Ability, Problem Solving Skills, Ability to Follow Processes, Efficient, Organized, Basic Computer Skills, Dependable, Team Player and Able to Occasionally Lift 40 lbs.
Desired Skills: Machine Operation Experience in any of the following: SP-1000, Tempo, Primera MC, Primera Pro, ST-400, 300-A, UB-1, UB-2, Buhrs/Sitma, Leadership Experience, Machine Setup and Maintenance Experience, Ability to Analyze Data.
