We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Morrisville, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase throughput
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
• Participate in new product development projects to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to optimize production schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
