IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
The General Labor Associate is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our facilities while also assisting with other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned and management retains the discretion to add, delete, or change the duties at any time)
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing lawns, disposing of debris, and weeding grounds to ensure a neat and tidy appearance of the property.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, and other structures as needed, while following safety protocols and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Perform general facilities maintenance and organizational tasks as needed.
- Additional duties may be assigned by management.
- Must be able to interact in-person with peers and management for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to handle high stress situations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, painting, or general labor preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Must be able operate lawn mower equipment
