Duties

- Support the store manager in budgeting activities and financial reporting.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, resolve issues, and promote store offerings.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retail sales performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experience.
- Participate in buying decisions to ensure product selection aligns with customer preferences and market trends.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
