Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including managing cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area, dining space, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide training for all new team members.
- Familiarity with café or quick-service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a great team atmosphere.
