Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Part-Time Floor Manager to oversee daily service operations, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and support our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

*Supervise front-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. *Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. *Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. *Train and motivate team members to uphold service standards and efficiency. *Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
