Company Description:
Schuetz Container Systems is a world-class leader in the manufacturing of industrial containers across multiple business lines. In addition, our sister company, Cardinal Container Systems, reconditions industrial packaging for use in a wide range of commercial applications. A vital part of this process involves the collection and return of used containers that can be reconditioned in our state of the art factories and reused by our diverse customer base.
Background:
Schuetz Container Systems’ (SCS) reconditioning services, which also operates as the Cardinal Container Systems (CCS) brand, is a value added service that encompasses the economical and ecological retrieval and reconditioning of used industrial packaging. All reconditioning facilities are equipped with state-of-the art “green” technology and all procedures applied are ecologically sustainable. The Reconditioning Services group (RS) handles the multi-faceted process of the return of empty plastic containers from the consumer's facility through to the resale of a reconditioned unit. This process involves multiple steps including marketing the program, educating the consumer on return stipulations, organizing the logistics and tracking of returns, administrative functions, and providing superior customer service through the process.
