Qualifications :
Must have experience in learning support, instructional adaptation, effective interaction patterns, student discipline / behavior management, providing assistance for at-risk children, and assisting regular classroom teachers in meeting goals set by the special education team. Appropriate PA certification, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others and acceptable record of attendance are required.
