This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory and dealership grounds, as well as ensuring sold vehicles are prepared for customer delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for ensuring our new and pre-owned vehicles are clean and presentable, the lot is well-maintained, vehicles are properly positioned for optimal display, and that sold vehicles are ready for a smooth customer handover.

- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Wash and detail new and pre-owned vehicles as needed to maintain a clean and presentable inventory.
- Ensure vehicles are free of debris and in showroom-ready condition.
- Preparation of Sold Vehicles:
- Wash and perform a final detailing of sold vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition for customer delivery.
- Ensure any dealer-installed options or accessories are properly installed and clean.
- Assist in staging sold vehicles in designated delivery areas.
- Grounds Maintenance:
- Mow and trim grass on the dealership property as needed to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Remove trash and debris from the lot, service areas, and other facility areas as needed.
- Facility Upkeep:
- Assist with general facility upkeep tasks as required, which may include light cleaning or organizing.
- Vehicle Organization:
- Ensure all vehicles on the lot are parked in a neat, orderly, and safe manner according to dealership guidelines.
- Assist with moving vehicles as needed for display, service, or customer access.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the dealership.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred, but not always required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
