We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for our growing Food Service business! This is a home office-based role supporting the Albuquerque, Santa Fe areas of New Mexico as well as Lubbock area of West Texas. In this role you will spend significant time spent on client calls within the designated territory. There will be times when you need to travel to clients in Colorado and Arizona a few times a year as we coordinate tastings and shows in the field. In this role you will be responsible for driving incremental volume growth and sustaining existing volume by executing sales programs to sell Schwan’s products into Tier 1 & 2 foodservice distribution and Tier 1 K12/Bids and non-commercial accounts in the assigned territory. This role reports to the Zone Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Responsibilities
- Maximize non-commercial sales across Healthcare, College & University, Recreation, Business & Industry, and K-12 Schools foodservice sectors within an assigned territory of 45 accounts.
- Collaborate with distributors, operators, and the Zone Sales Manager to drive business results and meet sales targets.
- Lead and execute customer events, product presentations, and demonstrations in commercial foodservice settings.
- Develop and implement business plans for operators, aligning with market strategies to boost sales and product promotion.
- Identify and capitalize on local operator opportunities to drive product and promotional growth.
- Attend industry events, food shows, and training sessions to network and build relationships with prospective accounts.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and CRM management through Salesforce to track sales activity and progress.
- Drive product compliance and increase sales by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Travel required in assigned territory; anticipated field time at least four days per week and is home office based
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or sales support role
- Bachelor’s degree or Culinary Arts degree highly preferred
- Food service sales industry experience
- Experience with leading and/or executing customer events (distributor & operator)
- Experience with developing operator business plans in conjunction with market plans
