We are hiring a Sr Sales Representative to join our Ethnic Foods Business based out of our LA Sales Office. Through CJ Foods USA's Ethnic Sales Division, we offer a vast array of authentic Asian flavors to ethnic retail stores throughout the Americas. Our popular brands include bibigo® and Twin Marquis® products, along with a variety of imported offerings from our parent company, CJ CheilJedang.
In this role you will be responsible for uncovering and developing new prospects as well as continued focus on our existing customers to increase sales of our products. You will work with customers to uncover what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. We are looking for someone who is creative, customer centric and solutions oriented.
Responsibilities :
- Accountable for sales of new items, category reviews, strategic volume and promotional planning, sales goals, budget adherence, and execution of sales / marketing initiatives.
- Supporting the development of Regional Accounts annual / quarterly business plans.
- Identify brand / category development opportunities, communicate and resolve account issues / solutions through sales / marketing management team.
- Develop / maintain by working with internal sales development, annual forecasts / bottom up plans, marketing / promotional initiatives, sales / promotional history and promotional spending which deliver incremental realized sales.
- Create and implement sales and marketing plans that target specific demographic opportunities among consumer segments.

Compensation and Benefits :
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance and car allowance. The salary range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Eduction : Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Years of Related Expericne : 4 to 7 years of experience in related field. Bilingual in English and Korean. Proven customer service, negotiation, and sales skills. The ability to work independently and travel 75% of the time as needed.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Intermediate proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windowsenvironment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis. Ability to navigate sales reporting systems.
