KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and stay up to date on the requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act
- Assist in the development of the process for information collection, organization, and preparation for filing with the government agency
- Manage client communication
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation and files
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of legal or paralegal experience
- Proficient in computer skills needed to manage and store all data and perform electronic filings
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work efficiently and independently
- Multi-tasking and detail and task-oriented individual
