This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to provide solutions and educate them on pest management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize various tools, including hand tools and power tools, to perform pest control services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques in pest control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, lawn care, and landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Willingness to learn about pest control methods and sales techniques related to the industry.
