- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by following established cleaning protocols.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Handle custodial responsibilities such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including buffing floors and minor repairs.
- Support residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
