We’re seeking an innovative and resourceful Employer Engagement Lead to shape our employer engagement strategy. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Career Development team to implement a strategic vision for the development and growth of domestic and international employer relationships for the benefit of students and alumni, which includes enhancing recruitment processes and engaging industry leaders. The individual will also conduct ongoing research aimed at developing expertise in marketplace trends and career paths pursued by Schwarzman Scholars.
