We are looking for the we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance/Parts Room Technician to join our team! This position will pay $20/hr.
Facilities Maintenance Technician
- Perform routine maintenance around the facility including:
- Minor repair to structural damage
- Minor repair of broken or leaking plumbing
- Minor repair to electrical wiring and/or fixtures
- Paint areas as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by Maintenance Management, and all other duties as assigned
Parts Room Technician
- Assist Parts Administrator as needed, including:
- Cross-train and provide coverage for vacation and illness
- Perform inventory cycle counts to assure inventory items are available to support Maintenance personnel to keep equipment running in a 24 / 7 operation
- Kit parts as needed for planned maintenance repairs
- Complete inventory updates to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- BOM management
- Set up and maintain records as required
- 5s part storage areas
