- Perform daily harvest duties, including vineyard sampling, winery equipment setup, grape processing, and more ">
- Work one-on-one with the winemaking team to ensure the success of our harvest season ">
- Responsibilities include punchdowns and pumpovers, additions of yeast, acid, nutrients, and sulfur, racking and tank transfers, and barreling down ">
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time (8 hours), lift 50 pounds, and work 6 days a week, sometimes for extended hours ">
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and positive attitude and willingness to learn required ">
Compensation and Benefits
